Tharaka Nithi County Public Service Board wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill the following positions as per Article 176 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and the County Government Act no. 17.

Responsibilities for the Revenue Inspector Job

  • Offer enforcement support to the Revenue Officers in the designated Sub – Counties
  • Do spot checks to revenue collection points and markets
  • Ensure there is total integrity in the sub county by continuously educating the general Public on the benefits of revenue
  • Do impromptu record checks and rapid checks on revenue collection records (Inspection of revenue collection)
  • Ensure safety of the officers working in the Sub – County

Revenue Inspector Job Requirement

  • Diploma in any of the following; Business management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Records Management or any other relevant qualification from recognized institution

N.B. A County Council Inspectorate or enforcement related certificate will be strongly considered
