The ProFin Group (Kenya) is looking to recruit a Senior Financial Advisor to engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and High-Income Earners (HIE), assisting them in uncovering their financial planning needs and lead them to implement a financial solution to address these needs.

The Senior Financial Advisor will be responsible for meeting their personal objectives as well as improving the organization’s market position and achieving personal growth by building key client relationships, helping clients reach their medium- and long term goals and maintaining extensive knowledge of international financial markets.

Key tasks will include:

  • Contacting clients to discuss their current financial situation.
  • Analysing the clients’ requirements
  • Developing a roadmap for clients to achieve their goals.
  • Completing a risk analysis.
  • Assisting clients to make informed decisions.
  • Growing and retaining clients by presenting appropriate solutions.
