Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for a Human Resources Officer at the Shared Service Center. Under the supervision of the Shared Services Manager (SSCM), the HR Officer will coordinate the day to day human resource operations and provide technical expertise and guidance in the following functional areas: Payroll processing, induction and onboarding, Performance Management, recruitment and selection, data analytics and contract management
Our next Human Resources Officer will have substantial experience in Human Resources Management, hold a Bachelor’s degree and professional qualification in the same field, be adept at forging effective working relationships especially in a multicultural context, highly flexible and able to produce creative and practical solutions to a variety of complex HR issues.
