Job Description
Reports to: Head of Clinical Services
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and quality clinical services to patients
- Diagnose and initiate appropriate treatment for the clients
- In collaboration with the clinical team receive and attend to patients who require emergency services
- Train and mentor clinical officers, to promote their professional growth.
- Participate in all hospital clinical programs
- Any other duties in your scope assigned by the Senior Medical Officer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
- Registered by Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board
- 2 years post qualification experience
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication skills
