Responsibilities | Supervision & Leadership•With the ID Sales and Marketing Director and International Division Leadership team to lead the business and define the strategy and business plan for the Country. •With ID Country Marketing and Sales & Distribution Managers for best practice sharing, capability development programmes. •Within Country HR (TM and L&D) to ensure accelerated development of core learning solutions for deployment in the country. •With TCCC brand teams and knowledge & insights teams regarding capability development programmes, category development, innovation and OPBBC •With cross-industry Marketing networks to identify, share and implement best practices and/or learning. •Actively lead team members to develop and execute best practice strategy by function •Support logistics Director and team with strategy implementation. Level of Interaction •Outside supplier management Key Dimensions Dimension Key Outputs and Accountabilities •Implementation of the Country business plan to meet and exceed targets. Judgement and decision making •Leadership taken in integrating cross functional teams across the Sales and Marketing and Supply chain, head Office and other support functions with the desire to have all working towards common goals as one team. |
Skills, Experience & Education | •Extensive Management experience at Senior Levels at least 5years. •Minimum 10 years’ sales experience • Extensive FMCG experience •Solid experience in Sales and Marketing Strategies •Marketing & Channel Strategy •Revenue Growth Management •RTM design and execution •Sales Force effectiveness, covering Traditional and Modern trade, channel management, RED execution, Sales Force engagement, Sales Force automation and digital •Secondary distribution •Execution elements of innovation •Sound Leadership with agility in thinking and nimble in decision making •Change Leadership •Communication skills •Analytical Skills •Excellent negotiation skills when dealing with customers •Good presentation skills |
