  • Providing IT Support and network set-up and maintenance in the hotel
  • Liaising with the service providers to ensure that all operations have minimal interruptions
  • Ensure the users get timely solutions
  • User administration (setup and maintaining accounts)
  • Maintaining hotel’s systems and software
  • Verify that peripherals are working properly
  • Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any problems
  • Create file systems
  • Install software and maintain software
  • Create a backup and recovery policy
  • Monitor network communication
  • Setup security policies for users.
  • Ensure computer security (e.g. firewalls and intrusion detection systems)
  • In charge of SQL installations and configuration to enable related database applications for administration and data management
  • Execute all computer and computer related repairs, maintenance and scheduling service for the same
  • Maintain all ICT and ICT related equipment and inventories and keep track of all ICT equipment at any given moment


  • Degree/ Diploma in IT/ Computer Science
  • Knowledge of Information Technology and Database Management practices
  • Ability to trouble-shoot and enhance strategic IT plans for clients and users
  • Good knowledge of ERP system
  • 3-5 years’ experience as an ICT administrator preferably in a busy hotel
  • Good interpersonal, communication and client-service skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
