Ad Dynamo is Africa’s largest digital sales house, representing Oath, Twitter, Snapchat and Spotify exclusively in sub-Saharan Africa. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to service and grow accounts for Twitter that service key Great Africa advertising accounts from our Nairobi office.

The position requires daily communication with our East, Central, and West African based agencies and brands. You will be comprehensively trained on the product set that you would sell.

This role comprises the following responsibilities:

  • Drive new and grow existing account revenues
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Provide day to day support to allocated customers where agreed
  • Manage client direct and agency relationships
  • Reporting on campaign performance
  • Activate new customers through strategic selling
  • Ensure customers are educated and informed of all new product offerings
  • Fulfill all role functionalities associated with operations and sales

A typical day consists of:

- Advertisements -
  • Educating brands & agencies
  • Preparing and presenting proposals (ad sales)
  • Managing communications with agency & brand & ensuring ad performance is optimal
  • Liaising with our Account Management team for day-to-day support


  • Digital sales experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Knowledge of digital advertising products an advantage
  • Knowledge of South African agency/digital landscape would be an advantage
  • Excellent presentation skills – spoken and written
  • Good numerical skills – create Keynote proposals and insertion orders independently
  • Ambitious and positive can-do attitude
